Huroob status means that you are illegal in Saudi Arabia or Iqama may be invalidated.You can also be jailed for this. You will be ban to travel to Saudi Arabia for 5 years and you will be deported back to your motherland.

To check your huroob status you have to follow the steps we have posted today. There are two ways to check your huroob status, one is by Ministry of labor’s website and the other is by Ministry of Interior’s website or you can even check your huroob status by both ways.

NOTE: The process given below is not for the domestic workers. If you are a domestic worker you have to approach passport office.


How to Check Huroob on Ministry of Labor Website?

Step 1:  Firstly you have to visit ministry of labor’s website (MOL.GOV.SA). This page will appear on your screen.

Step 2: You have to enter your Iqama number in the box that has been highlighted. After entering your Iqama number in the box you have to enter the given text in the box and then press enter. To make it easy for you we have given a screenshot.

Step 3: If this signs appears on your screen it means that you have been placed on Huroob by your company or kafeel. otherwise it shows your company’s status. We have posted a screenshot of warning sign.

This sign is not good for you because

  • You can be sent to a jail.
  • You won’t be able to travel to Saudi Arabia for 5 years.
  • You will be deported back to your country.
  • It won’t be possible for you to get another work through regular means.
  • You are in living illegally in Saudi Arabia.

How to Check Huroob on Ministry of Interior Website?

Step 1: You have to open Ministry of interior website to check your huroob status on it. Click on this link for Huroob checker on Ministry of interior website (MOI.GOV.SA).

Step:2 Then you have to enter your Iqama number in the box that will appear on Ministry of Interior’s website. Screenshot of this box is:

Step 3: If you receive this message on your screen after entering your iqama number then it means that you have a huroob against your Iqama number and it is not a good sign for you. We have given a screenshot of this message below:
