According to article 117 of Saudi Labor law if the sickness of employee has been proven then the employee can have 4 months of sick leave which should be allowed by the company.
His salary will be paid by the following method:
- First 30 days will be fully paid
- Next 30 days you will be paid 75% of your salary
- Next 30 days will be unpaid
To get this you have to doctor certification stating the days you need for rest.
